Fresh Start Staffing Solutions

Fresh Start Staffing Solutions is the newest service added to the Women’s Resource Center and is aimed at successfully matching our talented women with the companies that will best develop their potential. We will be placing women in administrative/clerical and customer service positions within a variety of industries and companies. Each woman who is accepted into this service will receive a personalized employment plan and training in order to effectively prepare her for successful job placement in temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent/full-time placement positions. Once candidates are fully prepared , they will then be eligible to be placed with the amazing companies we work with. The following will explain how to get started.

Getting Started!

Step 1:  Find out if Fresh Start Staffing Solutions is the right fit for you

Use the following checklist to determine if Staffing Solutions is right for you:

Candidates must have.......

_______ at least 1 year of experience in an administrative/clerical or customer service position

_______ Strong computer and typing skills (familiar with MS Office Applications)

_______Current desire to work in an administrative or customer service capacity

_______ Willingness to complete  workshops and coaching necessary to prepare for employment

Step 2:  Complete the Fresh Start Staffing Solutions Application

All interested job seekers must first complete and return the Fresh Start Staffing Solutions Application.  Be sure to read the following information carefully and then click on the link below to begin the application process.

Step 3:  Follow-up and screening

Once we receive and review your application, you will be contacted personally by a Fresh Start Staffing Solutions Recruiter.  The recruiter will conduct a 10-15 minute telephone interview with you to determine your fit with the service.
